painting services to Interclean Fiji Limited in 2005
on a five-year contract.

We also charge water and electricity to those that berth at
our dock at a very competitive rate.

Payment to be made in 4 installments:
1st: 25% of contract price upon signing of Agreement.
2nd: 25% of contract price upon laying of keel.
3rd: 25% of contract price upon launching of the vessel.
4th: 25% of contract price upon acceptance of vessel with any adjustment to the contract sum.
